I'm trying to update Malwarebytes Pro on windows 2008 R2. I'm noticing that the rules.ref file created in the ProgramData folder appears then disappears causing the application to error out. I'm logged in as the local admin tried domain login too. If I rename
the file it stays but of course I can't use it. I've uninstalled SEP and Windows Defender, no UAC being used neither is the firewall. Is there something else in windows that can cause this behavior. It is a Terminal Server (VM)with No GPO's activated. Or is
their a product I can use to at least see why the application will not update correctly.
The two errors that keep appearing are Run Time Error 400 Form Already Displayed and Product files missing or corrupt please re-install Program Error Load Database 0,5,SDKCreate.

Based on your description, it is suggested that this issue may be related to the software. In order to get better assistance, we may contact the vendor
company support team. Besides, I have done some search that we can try asking the question in the following Malwarebytes forum.
