Resetting Expired Service Accounts

  • Hi,

    I'm working on a SharePoint 2010 server farm where someone else did the installation and setup.  I received a notification today that three service accounts just expired, and the error message led me to a page in Central admin where I could reset the passwords for the managed accounts in Central Admin. 

    After updating the passwords, I am still getting errors from the server farm, complaining about not being able to communcate with the WCF servcie, our FBA, based on one of the accounts, is no longer working, and a variety of other things. 

    I checked Get-SPManagedAccount and it shows all three service accounts with their passwords changed today.

    The only thing I can think of is that I need to do more than just reset the passwords.  I need to somehow let the rest of the server farm know that the passwords have been changed.  Is that conclusion correct?  If so, do you have suggestions on how to get my new service accounts to be recognized by the rest of the farm?
