  • Hello Pandiyan,

You can use MS Excel + the free available MS Data Mining Client for Excel ; see also http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/excel-help/data-mining-add-ins-HA010342915.aspx

  • You might find the following poll results useful http://www.kdnuggets.com/polls/2014/analytics-data-mining-data-science-software-used.html

There are many tools for data mining. What is important for you when choosing data mining tool besides cost? Do you want it to work on windows or do you prefer other operating systems? Are you familiar with some data mining tools already and what to have something similar that costs less? How big are your datasets? If you provide more information, I can help you narrow your choices.

You are correct:  the "copy to Excel" really means "Copy an Image of the Picture to Excel"

If you want to, you can obtain any of the values through a Data Mining DMX Query.  On the Excel tool, there is a "Query" button which allows for entering DMX.  Directions are in the help file.
