    Can you reset the TS's profile ? Just copy before to keep the data.

  • Thank You Phillppe. I will give that a shot.

    After reading your post I did some research on how to delete the user profile on Server 2008 and it appears as though I need to delete the users folder on the server

    <System Root>\Users\<User Name> Example: C:\Users\johnd

    as well as edit the registry key

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList\]

    and delete the users SID.

    I will let you know how this goes. Thank you again.
