Sync Group is Stuck and not Syncing

    Question

  • Seems like the Sync was working properly until 24 hours ago. Now its stuck on processing. The ID is: 3e872098-8e44-400b-bf10-bbf055edfbee.

    Can someone please help me with this? I saw a few other posts about this from the past 24 hours.

  • HI Nick,

    Please provide the full sync group id which includes region information(e.g. {GUID}_North Central US). You shall be able to see it in property page of your sync group.

    I have fixed your sync group stuck issue from backend.

    I give me wrong sync group id actually (correct one is 7B4A5527-79AA-481E-8C17-613B69580B29_North  Central US).
