LOST FULL CONTROL OF LOCAL DISK

    Question

  • Please help me with my problem, I lost my hope on fixing my computer, I dont know what happened but when i restarted my PC i lost my Admin power on my computer.

    i cant post screen shots..

  • upload your image to any pic hosting website & add URL to post / attach image. 

    Are you able to log on to system? identify problem by assessing system events. 

    Open command prompt, run CHKDSK on the disk which is malfunctioning.

  • Hello,

    which OS version are you talking about and what happened before. Just a simple reboot will not result in an account problem.

    What about the account "Anne"? Is it member from the administrators security group?

  • This is what happened, I am experimenting of how to lock my local disk C because i want to create an account that can be used by other user. and i dont want them to open my Local disk so I make changes in my local disk security. at first it was functioning well and no problem, i removed other user that are listed there, who can open my account, but i never removed the Administrator, and DimeX. but im sure i checked all the permission.
