Certificate and UAG

    Question

  • Hi,

I'm setting up an new UAG server which Is going to focus on publish OWA, EAS and Autodiscover when I stumble upon an issue which forces me add another IP-address.

The issue is that in the SSL Certificate the customer have order this format:

    SN : webmail.customer.ca

    SAN: autodiscover.customer.com

    SAN: webmail.customer.ca

    SAN: servername.domain.local

When creating an rule within the UAG, explicitly creating a trunk I choose the webmail.customer.ca certificate, I can create two additional  application for EAS and OWA and they work from internet.

But when adding application for outlook anywhere in which I have a external DNS name of autodiscover.customer.com it impossible to add it since the trunk is created for customer.ca and not customer.com, the solution has I see it is to create to additional trunks and add a new IP-address.

But are there other options in UAG?
