    Check the below link for set of default reports on SCCM regarding Software distribution packages and advertisements.. Have a look under the 'Reporting' feature on the SCCM Console.

    But you can find from Site server Status Message Queris : Advertisements Created, Modified, or Deleted

  • Yeah Ankith, you cannot find the deleted advertisement details from the default reports. But as Narahari says, "Status Message Queries" under 'System Status' is a good feature that we rarely use.
