  • Hi,

I would suggest you to try installing the Display, Graphic drivers in Windows 7 Compatibility mode and check if it helps.

Follow the steps to install in Compatibility mode:

    a. Right click the driver installation file and select Properties then tap or click the Compatibility tab.

    b. Place a check in the Run this program in compatibility mode for: box.

    c. Tap or click the drop down box and select a previous operating system, then tap or click OK.

    d. Try installing the driver and check.

    Refer to the link:

Make older programs compatible with this version of Windows

    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-8/older-programs-compatible-version-windows

Please make sure with manufacturer to know if there is any other device incompatible with Windows 8.

Meanwhile, post back the event log about app crash for further research.
