  • Hi Toni,

According to your description, the query health reports and crawl health reports are empty in the Search Service Application.

Per my knowledge, the health reports and logs only contain information after a full crawl has completed. Please make sure than a full crawl has completed on the Search Service Application.

In addition, to view the health reports and the crawl log, we have to be an administrator of the Search service application.

More information about the search healthy reports are provided in the link below:

    Best regards.

    Thanks

  • Hi Victoria,

    thank you for your answer.

I've done a full crawl, but I doesn't get the Health Reports.

From which location comes the informations for the health reports?

Which permissions needs the Timer job user on the search service ?

    Best regards

  • Hi Toni,

When we view the query health reports and crawl health reports, we need to add the corresponding filter to the graph.
SharePoint 2013 collects search performance measurements in the Crawl Health Reports and Query Health Reports.
SharePoint Farm Administrators can run the Timer Job.

  • Hi Toni,

As an administrator of the farm, they can run all the the Timer Jobs in Central Administration.

Farm administrators can perform the following tasks on timer jobs:
      1. Modify the schedule that the timer job runs on.
      2. Run timer jobs immediately.
      3. Enable or disable timer jobs.
      4. View timer job status.

    Best regards.

    Thanks

  • Hi Victoria,

    thank you for the answer.

I think I found the problem that I had.

I changed the location of different folders, but the permissions to this folder are not correct.

So I changed this and I think this works now.

I found the solution in this Technet article:
