  • Hi,

Regarding this problem I have, do you recommend anybody outside of this forum that could solve it for me. Obviously I don't expect it to be a free service.

    Thanks,

  • Hi,

Based on my experience, the error code 550 5.7.1 means that the sender does not have the permission to send messages to this recipient.

To troubleshoot this issue, I appreciate you to help me answering the following questions first:

    1. How many users are affected by this issue?
    2. Could we always reproduce this issue if we send emails to other mailboxes in the same domain?
    3. What kind of the Outlook profile do your users use? Exchange MAPI profile or POP3/SMTP and IMAP/SMTP?

Since the email could be delivered in OWA and iPhone, your Outlook client users might use different method and SMTP server to deliver the message. So we suggest you to check your mail flow from the Outlook client to the recipient, see if there is any incorrect permission setting blocked the message.

Here are some articles talking about the NDR and the error code in NDR messages, hope they could be useful:

  • Hello Aj,

Quesiton : Are they replying to old emails or the new emails.

What happens if we create a new profile and check the Outlook on Online Mode.

Are the recipients Internal to the Domain or external to the domain ?
