  • Hi,

    Please review windowsupdate.log, I guess there are some updates not installed correctly. If so please remove and reinstall them.

    Since this is a client side issue, you can also ask in windows 7 forum:

  • I suggest running the System Update Readiness Tool and repairing the issues it identiifes.
