Is it possible to apply gpedit settings instantly from commandline?

    Question

  • I am developing a tool which will INSTANTLY allow or deny Removable storage Access...

    As i do it by:

gpedit.msc > run as admin > password > Computer Config > Administrative Templts > System > Removable Storage access

    > change takes effect instantly.

But none of the following is instant:

    1. Editing Registry

    2. ..\System32\GroupPolicy\Machine\Registry.pol

So I want alternate way to do this.
