Blank columns when exporting report results to excel

    Hi, see upper sample . When I export report to excel, blank columns appear in some situations ( see L & Y columns). 

    Basically,  my initial table contains 6 columns. For all columns except Codice I have created extra tables below header name, each table containing four columns. I don't understand why blank columns appears in some situations.  Blank columns should not appear. 

    I must mention that CanGrow feature is disabled.
