I tested what you mentioned on my computer and there is no such issue.
If there is any third part music player, please uninstall it to check the results.
Also, to avoid other conflicts, I suggest we test the issue in clean boot mode:

If the issue doesn’t appear, you can determine which one can be the cause by using dichotomy in MSconfig. Checking on half of Non-Microsoft service and restart, determining which half of the services
cause the issue and repeating to check half of the problematic half services.
If this doesn’t work, let’s try to uncheck and recheck this feature under “Turn windows features on or off” to reinstall this feature:
