  • Hi,

Try the following steps and check if it meets your request a little bit:

    1. Send/Receive Tab, Send/Receive Groups, Define Send and Receive Groups

    2. Double-click All Accounts

    3. Check off Include the selected account in this group, under Folder Options, check off the folders as you need, click OK

If this is not what you want, we still suggest you choose an add-in.

  • Hi,

We can use 3rd-party add-ins to do that.

    For example, CodeTwo FolderSync Addin:

thanks for your kindly reply, but I don't like to use addin for outlook, and also just can choose 2 folder with that. I'd like to choose more than 2 folder. How can do it? and unfortunately can't do it with outlook?
