I'm currently working on something which I've seen recently but can't figure out how it's done!
I have a report with 4 charts, age break down, post code areas, gender split and number of orders.
What I want to do for example is click the female chunk of the gender chart and have this limit all the other charts to just the female information. I then want to go further and click the post code area for example. So then the whole report is filtered
by gender, then post code area.
Essentially I want to click on any section of any chart and re-filter the whole report based on that selection, and I want the ability to do this multiple times.
I'm pretty reasonable with BIDS and SSRS so a know it's going to be something around actions, parameters and filters but can't get my head around how best to take it forward.
To do this each of the 4 charts will need to have the same parameter and then the link would be to jump to the same report. So in effect when you click the link the link will go to the same report but run it for the parameters you have selected.
