    Precision: -6 (15.625ms per tick)
    Root Delay: 0.0000000s
    Root Dispersion: 0.0000000s
    ReferenceId: 0x00000000 (unspecified)
    Last Successful Sync Time: unspecified

  • Hi,

In general, the DC with the PDC Emulator FSMO role is the time master in the domain and other DCs synchronize the time with the PDC emulator. If your PDC emulator has the correct time set and internal time synchronization is set correctly, there should be no time synchronization issue. It is recommended to synchronize the time of your PDC emulator with a reliable external NTP server.

Since you have transfer the PDC Emulator role to another DC, please make sure that you have done the followings:

    On the new PDC Emulator:
    "w32tm /config /manualpeerlist:peers /syncfromflags:manual /reliable:yes /update"(
where 'peers' is an Internet time source)

    On the old PDC Emulator:
    "w32tm /config /syncfromflags:domhier /update"

After that run the following on both DCs:
    "net stop w32time"
    "net start w32time"
