    I have Antigen 9.2.1097 and Cloudmark Authority Engine is showing error (State – ‘unspecified error’ (0x80004005)) while other components showing sucess completed. Any Idea why ?? the update repeat every 1 hour. its on exchange 2003 SP2 cluster / Owa / gateway and all is have same issue.

    Hi,

    it seems that there is currently a problem with the distribution server, because there is another thread with the same problem:

    You should contatct Microsoft to fix this problem.

    Cloudmark  engine has not updated But other engine are fine , Error 6014 in event viewer and dont know how its will solve , i install rollup 4 and still same issue ??????? any help

    Hi,

    it doesn't make a difference if you send an email or contact them by phone.

    Supportcases won't cost a thing as long as the problem is on the side of Microsoft.
