    Hello

I am at a customer who still uses Antigen :-(

We have a little problem. Mails comming from mobile devices are blocked because the IP is on a blacklist at SPAMHAUS.

BUT its not the senders server IP, its the IP from the mobile operator which can be seen in the header.

What can I do about it? Its very frustrating - I want to get rid of Antigen - but the customer wants to keep it :-)

    Hi

Good question, I have had that thought myself. :-)

If I send a mail from my iOS (activesync) via Exchange - the first IP in the header is the sending Exchange server.

I dont know how they do, but I have seen more cases recently.

    Hi,

I would say that this is a misconfiguration on the phones or on the senders mailserver.

I think I will contact one of the blocked senders next time and ask about their configuration.

But if its not possible to do anything on the Antigen then I can't do anything about it.

    Thanks for you help.
