QuestionI see many StarEngine9 processes in task manager. Is it normal?

    Good day,



    I am just wondering if its a normal thing to see 3 processes starengine9.exe in task manager. I only have Antigen for SMTP installed on 1 server (exchange)

    Hello,

    You should not see 3 starengine9.exe processes in Task Manager. This is the process for Antigen's anti-spam engine, Spam Cure.

    I would consider opening a ticket with the Antigen/Forefront support team if cycling the Exchnage/FSE services does not address the issue (or rebooting).

    You should see one starengine9 service.
