    Hi
I am trying Antigen in a test environment and trying to get keyword filter working. I got few problems with this. Can some body please help me?
IF I set up keyword filter to Purge messages it all works ok even it send the alert, when I select Identify and tag it wont do any things even no logs it just pass message through. I couldn’t get SLC ratings working either. If it helps I try to add a disclaimer it also didn’t work.
    Thank you in advance

If you set the Action to Identify: tag message, it will let the message go through.  However, you should see the message tagged with the word [SUSPECT] in either the subject and/or header, depending on how you configured it.  So, the same message is deleted with you have the action set to Purge?

For SCL rating to work, you will need to have IMF in Exchange configured.

As for outbound disclaimer, check your Internal Address field in the General Options screen.  Make sure your internal domain is correct (i.e. yahoo.com).  If you have multiple internal domains, you must enter each one, separated by a semicolon with no spaces.  Also, if you have an Edge Transport or Hub Transport routing mail into this server, you should enter the IP address of the Edge or Hub Transport server.

Hi thank for the reply. But my problem is that if when I set it to tag it won’t do anything. I enabled all logs when it purges messages it logs but when is set to tag no logs are being made

So, it does not tag messages with the word "Suspect"?  Do you have tagging enabled for either Subject-line or message header?  If you do, and it is not tagging messages, I would suggest opening a support case.
