How to pass an upgrade 70-521 & 70-523

Goodmorning,
I'm MCPD 3.5 Enterprise and i want to get my upgrade to 4.0. There is no preperation material. I think i can pass without preperation, but i always try to prepare for an Exam. Can you give me tips to have a good preperation before doing the upgrade.
I'm talking about exam 70-521 and 70-523.
For the individual exams i've done the books and the measureup. It would be nice to have a measure-up for this exams because the learning is faster.

With Measure-up i mean the Microsft Measure-up with the self paced kits. I like to hear how other people prepare for the upgrade exams. All ideas are welcome.
