Router problems
- i had a new router installed but when trying to connect to the internet i got " page cannot be found" i was told to check all connections and to check all WAN connections to see if i had an IP address? im not an expert on computers. so if i do not have an IP address how do i get one and will that fix the problem?

- A better idea would be to check the router manufacturers website for even more specific guidance.
- It will depend on the router but see if you can connect to the router with your browser. Go to http://192.168.1.1 and see if anything shows up. Hope this helps.

This guy is right. See if you can connect to and configure the router and go from there
