Hey there, I'm studying the 70-270 exam with PrepLogics. This is actually my first exam in trying to get certified. I finished school and I just got a job from an Internship i did over the summer. My boss is telling me that I need to get certified in order to progress in the IT field.

Question is would you guys recommend me using PrepLogics?

If not what should i use in order to know for sure i'll pass my exam. I've never experienced it so I'm nervous.

    Thanks,

I have used Preplogic to study for exams and found them to be good, however as a rule of thumb I do not rely on only 1 study resource.  You may also want to grab yourself a MSPress book and/or a Sybex book.

Also as this is your first MS exam, plus as you've just started working in IT, I would say do the MCDST qualification first (this is made up of the 70-271 & 70-272).  Those two exams are easier than the 70-270, you get both the MCP & MCDST credential and it counts towards the MCSA.

I've used a number of different products in the past and have had the most success with Preplogic.  There are a lot of cheap products around that won't get you anywhere.  Preplogic provides a high-quality product but doesn't charge an arm and a leg.  It's the best value in my book and should be everything you need to prepare.

It's actually the MCDST, and it's actually preplogic, and the link is actually preplogic - just to clarify.

I think you may want to be looking into the MCITP Enterprice Support certification rather than a MCDST. If you happen to have already started or finished, for that matter, there is an upgrade path you can follow to take you from the MCDST to the MCITP ES. Exam 70-621. Not I don't know if preplogic offers training for this exam or not. That's something you'll have to ask them. I don't think a lot of the training companies make upgrade training since it seems to me like it's a smaller market for them. I'll let you check into this.
