FEP Management via SCCM client issue

I am running SCCM V4.00.6487.2000.
I installed the SCCM client with FEP on my W7 workstation and for SCCM I see everything properly for the SCCM components. For the FEP component at the Root level of FEP I see all the dashboard information, for the policies section nothing shows up but at the top it indicates 10 items found, The alerts show properly (showing 4 alerts), and under reports nothing shows. I get this same thing for another install on my bosses XP system.
When I log on to the W7 machine as my domain admin account same issue (Example: RD is normal user and RDD is my user account with domain admin rights)
When I log on to the W7 machine as the organizations admin account everything shows properly.
When I log onto the server hosting SCCM and launch console as RD (normal user) everything shows properly.
On the server both RD, RDD, and domain admin account are assigned to groups: SMS Admins and SMS Reporting Users
What am I missing?

OK, half the battle won. I now see policies but I still do not see reports under the FEP section.

Also to add my security rights for both my user accounts I have tried are the same as the domain admin account that can see everything.
Under User Security Rights: Class: All Instances I have all rights checked

Hi,
Thank you for the post.
The FEP report section require permissions in SQL Reporting Service. By default the FEP(SQL) server Builtin\Administrators have the full permission. If you want to grant normal domain user account to access FEP report section, please add the account as a new “Reporting users”:
1. Log in the FEP(SQL) server as local admin.
2. Browse the http://reportingservername/reports/Pages/Folder.aspx.
3. Select FEP folder, then click “Properties”
4. Then click “New Role Assignment”:
5. Add the new user here. Please grant the “Browser” permission to it at least.Forefront Endpoint Protection 2010 – SCCM Console permissions
