Answered Forefront Endpoint protection 2010 Dashboard values not updating

    We have FEP 2010 installed on SCCM Server. From 28/3/2012 15:18 pm the Dashboard has stopped updating the graphs of  no.of clients deployed, etc. I have manually run the operational statistics update but still there is no change in the values.

    Any help will be appreciated

    Hi Nahas,

    Thank you for the post.

    Please perform steps below to troubleshooting:
    1. Verify any computers in the collection: FEP Collections--Deployment Status--Deployment Succeeded
    2. Reboot your SCCM server and check the SCCM server/client connectivity port (TCP 80, 443) or other ports in article Ports Used by Configuration Manager
    3. Check the interval settings for SCCM client reporting cycle, DCM and Hardware Inventory

    I had restarted the server as advised above. The dashboard is updating every hour now. Thanks.
