    Is there any centralized tool for monitoring the Microsoft Security Essentials in all the machines in an Organization?

    Hi,
    No there is no such tool for Microsoft Security Essentials, Forefront Endpoint Protection 2010 or System Center Endpoint Protection 2012 are the two versions  designed for Corporate use, where Configuration Manager is the central console for reporting.
