Friday, December 28, 2012 7:25 PMI also have this file and I uninstalled Go to Meeting and its still there. should I just manually delete it??

If you suspect the file to be malware related, you can submit it to Microsoft for analysis:
https://www.microsoft.com/security/portal/submission/submit.aspx
Manual deletion is always an option though...just make sure it doesn't have any other dependencies.
