FEP Protection Status Reporting

Monday, February 04, 2013 5:13 PMI have had FEP installed in our environment since July of 2012, and for the most part had very little issue with it. Recently I have noticed that my Protection Status has nearly my entire environment listed as "Not reporting". The Security Status and Policy Distribution Status appear to be updating, it doesn't appear the Definition Status is updating.
I have not made any significant changes in my environment recently and am really confused at why this just started.
My Environment-
Primary Site: Server 2008 R2
SCCM: SCCM2007 R3
FEP: 2.1.1116.0

Monday, February 04, 2013 7:37 PMTurns out my DCM "FEP Monitoring - Definitions and Health Status" was disabled. I have re-enabled it now, but does anyone know the default assignment collections for this baseline?
