    I bought this computer used and can't seem to be able to remove  Cyber Sentinal.

    Thank you for the post.

    As we mainly focus on the general question about Forefront Endpoint Protection, if the issue related to FEP, please feel free to contact us. And I  did some research regarding this issue and found the following from CyberSentinel support: http://www.cybersentinel.co.uk/support/kb.aspx

    How do I uninstall CyberSentinel?

    Uninstall CyberSentinel via the Control Panel / Add or Remove Programs list. You must be logged in as an administrative user to do this. During the installation you will have to provide your CyberSentinel account name (email address) and password. If you have forgotton the password, then go to the web login page and reset your password via the 'Forgot your password' option.
