Per your latest WinTPC v2.pdf:
You state "We anticipate that WinTPC may have FEP support sometime in Q3 CY2011."
Do you have an update as we are a year past you 'latest' document (WinTPC FAQ v2)?
Can you suggest a free for Higher Ed. alternative?

As far as I know, SCEP support some embedded environments such as Windows Thin PC.
