Licensing Requirements Endpoint Protection in Remote Desktop Server environments

I am looking at potentially deploying Endpoint Protection in an unmanaged fashion (at least at this point) to a number of Windows 2003 Terminal Servers. I have not been able to find any information regarding the licensing requirements for this sort of a deployment. Do I only need to purchase a license for each of the Server Operating Systems that I want to protect, or do I need to license Endpoint Protection based on the number of Remote Desktop Sessions I will be delivering from the Terminal Servers.
Any information regarding the licensing model in a terminal services environment would be appreciated.
Thanks,

Hi,
I'm not sure but I think a licence per server OS and not per TS session. It's better to contact a Microsoft vendor to get the right and the quick answer.
