How do users block senders?

We have one exchange server 2010 and Forefront 2010 for exchange server. The combo works very well and 99% of the spam is blocked as well as 100% of the malware.
My users receive little spam and I don't know how to have them ask Forefront to block emails from that senders and / or emails of that type (money making scams, unsubcribed newsletter, etc...) and how can they report spam to engines.
I was told I need to use FOPE but I would have to modify our MX records also I don't see the advantage adding another tool to do what the local Frorefront does very well.
Any tips would be very welcome.

If you are a FOPE customer, you can use the Outlook Add-in:
Otherwise, your users can use the Outlook Blocked Sender capability.
Changing MX records is trivial. And you get much more if you use the Cloud Services. GAL sync for recipient filtering, Safe Sender aggregation, off-loading of anti-spam protection, etc...
Note you could also use Exchange Edge role as well.

Very good my problem is as our ISP can't provide static IPs we have to use DynDNS services and I wasn't sure how to setup FOPE to forward to DynDNS.
Do you know if it's possible?
Thank you again for your help

Yea, I'm pretty sure you'll need static IPs.

I use DynDNS with FOPE and it work just fine. No need for static IP. All you need to do is add "mail.messaging.microsoft.com" as a Mail Exchanger in DynDNS with a preference number lower than the DynDNS's mailhop. Should look like this...
Preference Mail Exchangers 10 mail.messaging.microsoft.com 20 mx2.mailhop.org
