Answered CloudMark always issues?

    Hi,

    We receive around 20.000 emails / day and have always issues with false/positive response. Mostly from US Universities and newsletters in general. Now we do not have the manpower to manually report all these issues, they are hundreds of these every week. For now I have disabled the content filtering agent as Cloudmark do not do a good job helping us there where the logging options and "approve" functionality is just not there.

    What are your views on the product? Should we look elsewhere? We have tried F-Secure Exchange Protection that offered us even less reporting/log digging options.
