Our customer is running forefront for exchange. For some reason our domain is getting blocked. I have spoken with the network admin on their side on several occasions and he is neglegent to the fact that it is infact their system. He states that he added us to the white list, and etc. I think that it is in fact forefront. This is the only customer that we have problems with and the only one that we know of that is running forefront. We have no 3rd praty software running on our exchange that restricts outgoing mail. Only incoming. Also, i have sent and email from another domain (our parent company) and it accepts it fine. Same as with web accounts (yahoo, etc) i have tried everything on my end and KNOW for 100% fact that it is not on our side.
He is so difficult to work with and have never gotten into any depth with forefront. I have went into everything i know of on their system as well as ours in regards to exchange. I just do not know a lot about forefront. Any help, suggestions, or advice would be greatly appreciated.
