- Hello, I am the owner of my computer but for some reason I can not sign in unless I sign on as a guest. How do I get my computer to accept my password again? for some reason it doesn't reconize me and I havent changed my password at all. So, what can I do? I even went into the tools to see if certain things were checked and they was, but that isn't helping me to get back into my computer. Do I need to take it back to the shop to get repaired or can someone help me ?
