Issues with Spam lately not sure how to solve it

Good Day,
I am running Exchange 2007 with the latest patches and Forefront Protection 2010 for Exchange Server 11.0.689.0. It usually works great but i am having issues with massive amount of spam coming in. Usually from some place called adilizer or accelerated ads and always has a picture and random text from news articles..Is there any way to stop this with Forefront? All options are enabled in the configure section except for Backscatter which never worked right. Thanks in advance for your help...

Hi,
first of all make sure you are running the latest build of FPE RU4 (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2619883)
If Cloudmark isn't detecting those emails as spam you have to submit samples to Microsoft so that they can adjust their filters.

What you temporary can do is to create a keyword filter to block those messages in FPE

So basically I have to buy a program to convert the outlook message into an eml file so that I can submit it to cloudmark? Shouldn't they support outlook since almost every corporation uses it? Thanks anyway I appreciate your help.

you don't have to buy a program. There are a lot of free tools available like this one here:

I don't know why Cloudmark isn't supporting msg files.
