When I deliver a quarantined message, a .tar file, it gets quarantined again with Forefront, any suggestions?

Hi,
when you try to deliver a file from quarantine it is scanned again with the current engines. If FPE detects a virus or can't scan the file because it is encrypted or the compression level is to high the file is quarantined again.
You can't disable this behavior. What you can do is to disable the scanning against filterlists.
More information about releasing items from quarantine here:

This By Design rule is absolutely, totally and unbelievably a NONSENSE. If I decide to delivere an item quarantined it's because I agree that the item is a valid one and must be delivered. STOP.
It's on my top ten reason "why someone should not use FPE"... :-( I'm really tired of saving items locally on the edge, moving onto my local pc and then sending internally with Outlook...
I hope that more and more users will complain with Microsoft to let them change that stupid logic!
