    Hello

I have a structure of Exchange Server 2010 SP1 Hosting Mode with Forefront For Exchange Server 2010 running on my servers HUB, what happens is that some are having problem with receiving replies to emails sent!

Example: Sending an email from within the Exchange to fulano@gmail.com he normally receives. But when Fulano@gmail.com answer the email back, the message is tagged as SPAM with SCL 9.

If fulano@gmail.com create a new email and send me this e-mail arrives in your inbox with no problem!

I identified what this is doing it the Content Filter, but have not found how to solve the problem.

As I said, my structure is Hosting mode and I can not put on the list the domains and emails that are false positives!!

    Need Help!!

    Thank you!

    Hi,

    Thank you for the post.

You may add gmail address to the Allowed Senders List: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd639396.aspx

    hi, Nick

Thanks for the reply, but do release GMAIL will not be a solution because this problem is happening to other domains too!!

yahoo, gmail, hotmail, outlook, UOL etc ...

but this only occurs with 3 of 200 organizations that are within my exchange!

Had some other way to solve this problem??

    Any update?

    Thank you again!!

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

Since it seems like false positives, you should send the original e-mail message for analysis to: Forefront-legit@submit.cloudmark.com. Or you can open a case with Microsoft to see why this answer mail was tagged as spam.

    Hi.

I sent the email but had no return, so I used the previous option you gave me!

I made the release of the domains that are giving problems as they come up and I'll freeing!

    Grateful for the help!

But I'd really like to know why it is only marked as spam emails answered, because the e-mails sent this problem does not occur!

    Thanks!!!
