已答复 Cloudmark engine update failed

    Hi Team,

    I am facing engine failed issue in FPE 2010. I have gone through the all article posted in forum for this kind of issue and based on that i troubleshoot the issue but didn't get the success.

    From my FPE server i am able to telnet on below URL on port 80 and 443. There is no proxy configured as the direct internet access is available.

    - cdn-microupdates.cloudmark.com
    - lvc.cloudmark.com
    - tracks.cloudmark.com
    - pki.cloudmark.com

     

    If i configured the proxy then i am uanble to update my antimalware but of i uncheck the option then antimalware work fine but antispam didn't.

    Please advise.

    Hi,

    is there any entry in the event log of your server regarding this issue?

    Hi Christian, I was on leave and didn't get a time to check your reply. I apologise for delay in response. I confirmed that there is an enrty in Event viewer log. Attached is the error screen shot FYR

    Hi,

    it seems that currently there is a problem with the Cloudmark engine because some others have the same problem. The error message should be something like this "... expired manifest".

    You should contact Microsoft to fix this issue. It seems to me that there is a problem with the distribution servers.
