Forefront Protection 2010 for SharePoint - Manually Updating AV Engines

  Hello,

  I am trying to update the AV Engines manually by downloading the updates, configuring the server as a redistribution server and then using UNC path to point to the network share where the updates are available.

  However, I keep getting the following 3 errors in the Event Log.

  Update Path: \\ISVPOC216\Engines2\
  Error Detail: There was a problem downloading the universal manifest, but updates were queued for the following engines: MICROSOFT

  Error Code: 0x80070003
  The system cannot find the path specified.

  I have checked the network path and it is browsable when I click on the links in the event logs.
  
  Has anyone come across this scenario?

  I dont have the option of exposing the server to the internet so as to enable automatic downloads.

  Looking for some urgent help.
