Custom Login Page for Sharepoint using TMG 2010

Hello
I am trying to create a custom login page to use for TMG 2010 when accessing sharepoint sites. I have followed the guidance using the FBAEditor tool but the default page still shows up when accessing the sharepoint pages. Not sure which template is used (updated the ISA cookieauth template html) but the same still shows up. Not sure if there is an extra step to get the custom page to show up as the login page.
Also, is there a way to do custom pages on a per site basis?
Thanks
Nick

Nick,
You need to restart TMG Services (or reboot your server) to get the new pages active.
