customising forefront error pages

  Hello,
  
  I'm trying to customise the error pages at business request... we want to be able to include the intended destination address for if a site is blocked.
  For instance - I've got filtering setup for certain sites, and the boss wants to be able to tell us "I was blocked from site XX by mistake, can you unblock it"
  I've found the ErrorHTMLs to edit.. and htey have fields for dynamic data:
  [errornum] [errortext] etc, as well as [Source]
  But I can't work out how these entries correlate to what's in the actual logs, to be able to add another field to them.
  I expected something like [Destination] and tried this, but it hasn't helped.
  
  Any ideas on what dynamic tag I could add ?
