I understand TMG now allows you to enter a custom message when the user gets access denied screens.  Has there been any though to making the screen much simipler with less technical info. Users are often still confused and intemidated by all the technical info on these screens. Will there be an option to allow the user to customize the HTML them selves?

I checked with product team and i do not see any option for custom messages when user gets access denied messages. Also there is a limit on IE to limit error meesages to 1k . Due to that we generate short messages

Can you share more info on from where you got the info about custom messages?

    Thanks

ElMajadal had the link below. Here is the screen users will see

So what I was looking for is the option to maybe add your Coropate logo and color schemes. In my experice users don't seem to believe this is a real page when they see it or understand it but if it looks like other intranet pages they are more comfortable. Another option would be the ability to add the helpdesk email or web portal link. Some sort of integration the the upcoming System Center Service Manager would be great. Finally if a notification which goes out to a specified email address when this rule in triggered.

    Thanks for the clarification

We do allow to customize the text area (marked green below) displayed in the block page and even introduce HTML tags. We don't support full page customization however.

TMG doesn't support this natively, you  can redirect the page to an internal Web Server.

This is supported via the HTML tag mechanism mentioned above

    Not supported currently.
