Supported topologies for FCS SP1
- Hello Team,
I have a quick question. In the product documentation, there are six supported configurations listed. We have decided to go with a three server configuration with the management server on one server, the distribution server on a WSUS server, and the remaining roles and databases on a seperate SQL server. Is this a supported configuration?

Yes, I think it is supported. You may deploy the client security as you said. And before going to any other, you should verify your system requirements. For more information, please refer to the following link.

....and the word from Microsoft was that it is supported
