Seek App discovered on one system - not detected by FCS
- We recently discovered a virus on one of our XP systems called Seek App. The filename on the system was seekapp149.exe and it was attached to IE. It appears to be the same as this

Is there a way to add this one to the FCS defs?

There is no way for you to add the malware to the FCS defs. however go to http://www.microsoft.com/security/portal and submit your sample and Microsoft will do the work for you :-)

- Well, actually that's what I meant. We wiped the system that the file was on already. I was hoping that I could get a clarification if this was a virus or not.
