We've had a machine that picked up some malware which forefront has removed which is good, i noticed via the "reporting critical issues" graph which showed 1 machine was infected, following the reports through shows me that the machine was cleaned.
What happens next with the reporting, as in at the moment the report still shows 1 machine has malware detected (which it cleaned off) will that clear itself off the report console after a while, i.e what happens if i get another machine infected, will the report count change to show 2 machines infected and i'll have to go through the reports again to identify which one is that one that had been previously cleaned and which one has the new infection?
log on to the console and go to the computers section, locate the list of errors rel to that PC and select them, right-click them.
then you should see something like "mark items as solved".
I'm sorry i can't remember more exactly, but i'm actually on a client that has not FCS installed....
