Forefront install Error

i'm trying to install FEP client onto a Windows server 2003 SP1 server.
However i'm getting the error below:
the microsoft security cleint installation wizard cant't find files that are necessary to complet the installation:
The server has previously had SAV 10.1 on but this has been removed and rebooted.Any ideas??

FEP should be installed on the Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 2 (x86 or x64) or later versions, for more information, please refer to this prerequisites: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff823900.aspx
