Locked Pb installation with Reports and Forefront

    Hello,

     

    I can't install Forefront Server because of the install assistant can not reach the URL http://localhost/Reports/Pages/Folders.aspx on my server (2003 R2 with SQL STD 2005 SP2).

    Diagnostic is : The distant name was not able to be resolved : 'SPH' (where SPH is the first three caracters name of the server)

      Nicolas,

       

      Are you using a proxy? resolving "localhost" does not work if you are using a proxy. During setup, use the actual computername for the reporting URLs.

        Hello Johan,

         

        First, thanks for your response.

        I do not use a proxy and i use de real computer name during the installation.

        This computer is a W2003 Server R2 first and master of the forest.

        So have you an other idea ?...
